Accounting firms merge to offer more services
Two Grand Junction accounting firms have merged to provide more services while continuing to focus on the needs of their clients.
Stranger & Lautz Professional Group and Mackley & Tallman Accounting merged to become Stranger, Tallman & Lautz Accounting. The new firm has scheduled an open house for 5 p.m. Nov. 13 at its offices at 521 Rood Ave.
“We’re excited to join forces because now we’ll be able to offer more services to our clients,” said Gina Tallman, a certified public accountant who formerly owned Mackley & Tallman Accounting. “Both companies are seeing success, and we want to keep building on that.”
Stranger, Tallman & Lautz Accounting will offer a range of services, including bookkeeping, consulting, Quickbooks training and tax planning. The firm also offers financial statement compilation and consulting for business startups and wealth management.
