Mike Brown has been promoted to regional president of Alpine Bank operations in the Vail Valley and Steamboat Springs.

Brown will oversee bank locations in Avon, Eagle, Edwards, Gypsum, Steamboat Springs and Vail. He succeeds Glenn Davis, who has taken on a larger organizational role with the bank.

Brown started his banking career with Alpine Bank in 1991 and has worked in a variety of positions since them — from the teller line to lending to management. He helped open the Alpine Bank branch in Avon.

Headquartered in Glenwood Springs, Alpine Bank operates 36 locations in Western Colorado, employs more than 500 people and serves more than 130,000 customers. For more information, visit
