ANB Bank plans to add affiliate bank to consolidated operations

ANB Bank has announced plans to consolidate separate banking groups, creating a single organization with locations in Colorado and Wyoming as well as Kansas and Missouri.

ANB Bank will consolidate its affiliate, Premier Bank, which operates a total of four locations in Kansas and Missouri. The consolidation is scheduled for May 29, subject to regulatory approval. Both banking groups are owned by Sturm Financial Group, a Denver-based bank holding company with more than $1.8 billion in assets.

“We are consolidating our two banking groups to create one, unified banking organization across the four states using the ANB Bank name,” said Koger Propst, president of Sturm Financial Group and ANB Bank. “The consolidated bank will continue to be the independently owned bank we have always been.”

ANB Bank operates a total of 32 locations in Colorado and Wyoming. For more information, visit www.anbbank.com.
