Applications will be accepted through Jan. 24 for a new grant program promoting health and wellness in Western Colorado.
The Rocky Mountain Health Foundation expects to distribute $1 million in 2018 throughout quarterly grants. Grants will be awarded to organizations and programs that address access to health care, behavioral health services, community based projects and programs that integrate health systems and social services programs.
Applicants must be 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations serving in the 22 counties of the Western Slope. Volunteers will review grant applications and make funding recommendations. Applicants will be notified by March 15.
