Applicants sought to serve on city planning and zoning boards

Applications will be accepted through June 17 for the Grand Junction Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.

The commission considers planning and zoning-related issues and makes recommendations to the Grand Junction City Council. The board hears appeals of administrative decisions, variances and exceptions to setback requirements. Members of the commission and board must be city residents.

Applicants should send an application form and letter of interest to the city clerk at 250 N. Fifth St., Grand Junction, CO 81501. Application forms are available at the city clerk’s office or the website at
