Attorney joins real estate commission
Richard Krohn, a Grand Junction attorney whose practice includes real estate and land use law, has been appointed to the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
The commission regulates the licensing and conduct of real estate brokers and salespeople and pre-owned home warranty service companies. Krohn will serve as an expert in subdivision development on the commission in a term that runs through April 2016.
Krohn serves as a partner in the law firm of Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn and Krohn. He joined the firm in 1977.
Krohn assists clients with a variety of matters related to real estate, including purchases, sales, leases and financing as well as development, land use and zoning. Krohn also represents public trustees and county treasurers in Colorado through state associations and serves as general counsel for the Grand Junction Housing Association.
