Bray Real Estate names new president
Lynn Thompson has been promoted to president of Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction.
Thompson joined the firm as controller in 1987 and in 2000 became a principal in the company. He was named chief financial officer in 2002 and chief operating officer in 2008.
“I have enjoyed working with such a strong company that is actively involved in the community and look forward to the opportunities ahead,” Thompson said.
Robert Bray remains chief executive officer of Bray Real Estate and said he’s pleased to announce Thompson’s promotion. “He has always been a solid resource for our associates and staff, and we’re excited about him moving the company forward.”
Founded in 1946 by Sherman and Roxie Bray, Bray Real Estate has grown to 55 associates and another 55 employees. In addition to residential and commercial real estate operations, the firm handles land development and property management.
