Brewery plans trail project benefit

Edgewater Brewery in Grand Junction has scheduled a fund-raiser for the Riverfront Trail Project.

From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 13 to 16, half of the proceeds from the sales of $2 bottles of Kannah Creek Brewing Lands End Amber and Standing Wave Pale Ale will go to the project. The Edgewater Brewery is located at 905 Struthers Ave.

Work continues on more than 20 miles of public multi-use trails along the Colorado River in Mesa County linking more than 300 acres of parks. The Colorado Riverfront Commission continues work on a plan of trails stretching from the border between Mesa and Garfield counties to the Utah state line.
