Business mentor to serve on Baldridge Award board

Jerry Pradier, president of Progressive Business Development Network in Glenwood Springs, has been appointed to the 2011 board of examiners for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.

Pradier is among 500 representatives from industry, nonprofits, professional and trade groups and education and health care organizations who will evaluate applications for the Malcolm Baldridge Award. Examiners must meet qualification standards and complete a preparation course on award evaluation processes.

Pradier helps small and medium-sized businesses grow through his services as a mentor and executive coach. His firm offers mentoring to business owners who need help solving problems related to finances, organizational effectiveness, personnel and resource management. Pradier is author of “Financial Success: 10 Shortcuts to a Profitable Business.”
