Coorstek acquires England-based company

CoorsTek has acquired an England-based company that specializes in advanced ceramic manufacturing, trading and consulting.

The acquisition of Dynamic-Materials and its wholly owned subsidiary, Dynamic-Ceramic, is expected to further expand the CoorsTek product line in international markets.

“Dynamic-Ceramic offers exceptionally high-end components to their international base of customers. We will significantly expand their offering to include advanced materials and capabilities for an even broader range of products,” said Mark Chenoweth, chief operating officer of CoorsTek.

Based in Golden, CoorsTek manufactures technical ceramics for a wide range of industry sectors. The company operates a facility in Grand Junction that primarily serves electronic component suppliers with ceramic substrate components and laser-machining and marking services.
