Goodbye and good luck …

Anyone with even a passing familiarity with Sue Tuffin knows how she’s put the work and force into the Mesa County Workforce Center in Grand Junction. As the administer of the center since the facility opened in 1998, Tuffin has labored tirelessly and fearlessly to develop a remarkable one-stop shop that offers a wide range of services to people looking for employment and businesses looking for employees.

So it’s with considerable sadness we report that Tuffin plans to leave the position at the end of this month. Tuffin has gone above and beyond the call in performing her duties, though, and leaves the center and community a much better place as a result.

We wish Sue continued success in all her new endeavors. Catch a fish for us.
