Grand Junction firm ranks among top United Country offices nationwide

United Country RealQuest Realty in Grand Junction ranked first in Colorado and 23rd nationally among United Country offices for sales during the first half of 2010.

“Even though the economy hasn’t quite normalized, we’ve focused on the things we can control, like providing outstanding customer service and superior marketing programs,” said Craig Ginter, who owns the Grand Junction franchise along with Dave Woodward.

“Combined with the tools our home office provides and plenty of hard work, this strategy has allowed us to not just survive in today’s market, but to thrive,” Ginter said.

United Country RealQuest Realty already has earned the President’s Honor Group Award, one of fewer than 24 offices nationwide to earn the award.

United Country Real Estate operates a network of more than 600 offices across the United States as well as more than 1,000 property marketing Web sites and seven proprietary real estate catalogs with a combined distribution of 1.5 million.
