Grand Junction mortgage company merges with California-based operation

A Grand Junction mortgage company has merged with a California-based operation in a move that’s expected to expand loan products while remaining focused on customer service.

MVM Mortgage Group of Grand Junction has merged with CMG Mortgage, a subsidiary of CMG Financial Services.

Dave and Mandy Vindiola and Gwen DeCino started MVM Mortgage Group in 2001 to offer not only mortgages, but also mortgage planning. CMG Mortgage opened in 1993 and in 2005 introduced home ownership accelerator loans, the only patented mortgage product in the marketplace.

“The opportunity to merge with CMG allows us to expand the number of loan products we offer while staying focused on our No. 1 value, customer service,” DeCino said.
