Grand Valley chefs to participate in annual March of Dimes fund-raiser

Seven Grand Valley chefs will participate in the latest Signature Chefs Auction, an annual fund-raiser for the West Slope Division of the March of Dimes set for Oct. 23 at the Doubletree Hotel in Grand Junction.

The event will feature food from 626 on Rood, A Sweet Life Cakes and Confections, Crossroads Artisan Cheese Shop, Doubletree Hotel, Holly’s Tamales, Il Bistro Italiano and No Coast Sushi as well as wines from Crossroads Wine & Spirits. Tickets are available by calling 243-0894 or visiting
