Grand Valley Home Loans announces contest winners

Grand Valley Home Loans has announced the winners of a holiday gingerbread house contest.

Sherri Nettlebald with Coldwell Bankers was the grand champion overall winner, while Brittaney Cordova with Bud’s Signs was reserve grand champion.

Chris McCoy with the Grand Junction Fire Department was the grand champion for the farm and ranch category, while Lance and Rachel Armstrong with ELM were grand champions in the subdivision category.  Kyla Williams was the grand champion in the little hands category. Tiffani Beede with Gears Frozen Yogurt and Smoothies was reserve champion in the subdivision category, while Page Lobach was reserve champion in the little hands category.

Registration will begin in November for the 2018 contest. Proceeds from the event will go to a local charitable organization that provides homes to low-income families.
