Grand Valley winery offers sweet deal: vintage products and free homemade fudge

A Grand Valley winery offers a sweet deal to go along with its vintage products. Through February, St. Kathryn Cellars in Palisade will offer a free half pound of homemade chocolate fudge with the purchase of three bottles of wine.

“We have a healthy following here in the Grand Valley. And in light of what’s going on with our economy, we wanted to express our appreciation by giving back to the community with a Valentine’s special that won’t break the bank,” said Glenn Foster, owner and winemaker at St. Kathryn Cellars.

Foster and his wife, Natalie, also own and operate the Meadery of the Rockies in Palisade as well as Talon Winery.

In addition to wine and chocolate, St. Kathryn Cellars and Talon Winery offer wine accessories, stemware and gifts.

St. Kathryn Cellars is located at 785 Elberta Ave. For more information, call 464-9288 or log on to the website located at
