Insurance firm and bank donate $110,000

Home Loan Insurance and Home Loan State Bank in Grand Junction presented year-end donations totaling more than $110,000 to nonprofit organizations in Western Colorado.

“Home Loan has a long-standing tradition of giving back to our community. We are proud to end the year by supporting those groups that help the needy, educate our children and make the Grand Valley a better place to live,” said Jamie Hamilton, chairman and chief executive officer of Home Loan.

Recipients included Colorado Discover Ability, Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce, Hilltop Community Resources, Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado, United Way of Mesa County and Western Slope Center for Children.
