It’s a new location for the Garden of Eat’n

The Garden of Eat’n has moved to what the owners of the Grand Junction restaurant expect will be a permanent location at 200 W. Grand Ave.

“Our move was prompted because we have an option to buy our new location and strengthen our business from a growth standpoint,” said Kathy Griffith, who owns the Garden of Eat’n along with Kirk Griffith.

“With our relocation, we are proud to announce that we used all local contractors with our buildout to keep the dollars in our community,” Kathy Griffith added.

The restaurant opened in January 2008.

“We are a nonfranchise restaurant with a unique concept for healthy dining — a salad bar with 50 toppings, six different soups daily, baked potatoes and hot sandwiches,” Griffith said. “We offer homemade soups as well as our signature homemade ranch and blue cheese dressings. We have select soups with the following options: homemade, gluten-free, MSG-free and vegetarian.”
