Mall offers treats without tricks during Halloween event

Mesa Mall in Grand Junction will once again host an event offering families a place to trick or treat that’s safe and indoors.

Trick-or-Treat Street is set for 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31 at the mall, 2424 U.S. Highway 6 & 50. More than 50 retailers will pass out sweets during the event.

“We know people come to Mesa Mall to shop for decor, costumes and candy, and we recognize our property serves as a community gathering place for social experiences and more,” said Chelsi Reimer, director  of marketing and business development at the mall. “That’s why Mesa Mall is thrilled to bring back our Trick-or-Treat Street event on a holiday the community always looks forward to — Halloween.”
