No business like snow business: Powderhorn adds to incentives to buy season passes

Powderhorn Resort has added incentives for skiers and snowboarders to purchase season passes.

In addition to hitting the slopes at Powderhorn atop the Grand Mesa east of Grand Junction, the passes will be good for three free days each at four other resorts in Colorado and New Mexico.

The 2010-2011 season passes will include three free days each at Monarch Mountain, Durango Mountain and Ski Cooper in Colorado as well as the Sipapu Resort in New Mexico.

At Powderhorn, season pass holders receive a 10 percent discount on rentals, lessons, food and merchandise during the ski season, scheduled to begin in mid-December.
