Real estate agent earns designation

Ray Rickard

Ray Rickard, a real estate agent with Re/Max 4000 in Grand Junction,  has earned designation as an Accredited Commercial Professional. The ACP designation signifies that agents have completed training to list, sell and lease commercial real estate.

“Commercial real estate can be complex, and clients appreciate working with a professional who has the training and expertise to help them navigate the process,” Rickard said. “The ACP certification gives me the knowledge and professional confidence to work with commercial clients to achieve their commercial investment and sales goals.”

Toni Milyard, broker and owner of Re/Max 4000, agreed. “Ray is committed to quality service and his dedication in earning the ACP certification is proof of that. Educated Re/Max commercial agents like Ray know that this kind of training is essential to producing successful results for commercial buyers, sellers and leasing clients.”

Re/Max 4000 operates offices at 120 W. Park Drive. For more information, call 241-4000 or visit the Web site located at
