Real estate firms collaborate on gravel pit sale

Bray Commercial Real Estate and Bray Real Estate combined efforts on a $3.35 million transaction involving a gravel pit and business in Northwest Colorado.

Brian Bray of Bray Commercial and Merrite Wyatt of Bray Real Estate represented Wyatt Redi-Mix Co. in selling the property in Walden to High Country Hard Rock. Jeff Hanson and Darryl Dixon of Bray Real Estate represented the buyer. The operation supplies concrete as well as crushed rock, gravel and sand.
