Real Estate West welcomes new agents, mortgage company

Real Estate West has added six real estate agents and a mortgage company to the business’s Grand Junction location. Managing broker Tina Harbin announced the company has welcomed agents Jonilyn Berry, Rob Burnett, Lori Dearth, Heidi Jo Elder, Esther Piper and Terry Ruckman.

The company has also added Universal Mortgage to the location at 1001 North Fifth Street. Joe Dee Pace and Karen Cordoba lead the mortgage team, which specializes in Federal Housing Authority (FHA) 203B and 203K mortgages, along with conventional, veterans administration and all mortgage services.

Most of the agents have experience in dealing with properties financed through the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development  (HUD). Berry, Burnett, Dearth, Elder and Ruckman are all members of the HUD team at Real Estate West.

Burnett is a member of the Grand Junction Planning Commission and recipient of the 2010 Good Neighbor Award from the Colorado Association of Realtors.

Harbin opened the business in 2007 and the company features 25 agents.
