Restaurant plans land trust fund-raiser

Pablo’s Pizza at 319 Main St. in downtown Grand Junction will host an event to raise money for efforts to preserve land for bicycle trails and scenic views.

A portion of sales between 5 and 9 p.m. March 6 will go to the Mesa Land Trust for its Bookends Project to buy property to expand the Lunch Loop bicycle trails and preserve scenic views. The event also will include $1 bottled beers and a drawing.
