Rocky Mountain Health Plans offers mobile access

Rocky Mountain Health Plans now offers members access to information about their benefits and providers through their smart phones and tablet computers.

“We are confident mobile access to important health plan information will result in more satisfied members and increase efficiencies,” said Neil Waldron, chief marketing officer and vice president of strategic initiatives for the Grand Junction-based health insurance provider.

Using the benefits and eligibility sector of the mobile application, RMHP members can check on their personal benefits information, such as copayments for office visits, preventative services and urgent and emergency room care. Members also can access information about the network of available providers, including pharmacies, physicians and urgent care clinics.
