St. Mary’s earns recognition for supporting employees in the military

St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction has received recognition for its support of employees who serve in the military.

The hospital received the Patriotic Employer Award as well as a statement of support signed by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.

Mary Inglalsbe, director of nursing at St. Mary’s, and the rest of the hospital staff were honored for supporting employees who serve in the military.

Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), presented the award. An agency of the Defense Department, the ESGR recognizes employers that practice personnel policies that support employee participation in the military.
