Cindy Hoppe, Lindsay Jewell and Jami McLennan from Bray Property Management based in Grand Junction have completed the mandatory instruction and testing to earn community association manager licenses from the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
The licensing is required under a new state law for anyone involved in managing community or homeowners associations.
