Urban planning firm opens Grand Junction office

Colorado Land Advisor has opened an office in Grand Junction to offer urban planning consulting services on the Western Slope.

“There are not a lot of planning and development shops in Western Colorado where a person can get great advice when considering land development,” said Jeffrey Fleming, founding principal of Colorado Land Advisor. “Most people believe that work is done by city and county planners. In reality, it is the few private urban planners who really do the design work to create great places, great neighborhoods and ultimately great cities. We’re excited about the opportunities ahead of us.”

Colorado Land Advisor offers services related to planning, permitting and compliance and specializes in providing site design and analysis to the private sector. Fleming is an accredited urban planner with 25 years of experience in project management and real estate development.

The new office is located at 305 Main St., Suite C. For more information, call 234-3466 or visit www.coloradolandadvisor.com.
