Wine by the glass now available at Grand Junction Regional Airport

A variety of wines are now available by the glass to travelers at the Grand Junction Regional Airport.

The WineStation, a system that both dispenses and preserves bottled wines, has been installed at the airport to serve wine in half- or full-glass portions at a range of price points.

“The WineStation technology can immediately impact any business profit margin by significantly eliminating the costly waste associated with wine programs,” said Nick Moezidis, vice president of sales and marketing for Napa Technology, which manufacturers the system. “Coupled with the ability to sell higher priced wines, airports nationwide are discovering new revenue streams simply by satisfying travelers’ quests for the perfect glass of wine.”
