After a soft opening in July, Coloramo Federal Credit Union announced this month its new full-service branch/headquarters at 2392 Langridge Drive, off 24 Road, in Grand Junction is open.
The new three-story, approximately 21,000-square-foot building also is home to Coloramo’s contact center and administrative teams and has 32 employees working there. The building was constructed with additional space to accommodate growth as the credit union anticipates expanding its services throughout Western Colorado.
“The new headquarters represents far more than a new location,” Coloramo said in a news release. “It reflects Coloramo’s vision for the future, where local relationships, personal service and modern banking come together to serve members however they choose to bank.
“Whether members call with a question, check their balance on their phone, use their debit or credit card, or meet with one of the credit union’s team members, the new headquarters brings together the people and technology that make those everyday moments possible.”
Coloramo is a member-owned credit union that was founded in 1953. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works or attends school in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, Gunnison, Ouray, Garfield, Rio Blanco or Moffat counties, as well as their immediate family members.
The news release added, “Coloramo believes banking should be personal. Decisions are made locally; employees live in the communities they serve; and every investment is made with members in mind.”
