Inc. compiles its list of the fastest-growing companies based on the percentage of revenue growth over the previous three years. The 2021 list is based on the percentage of revenue growth when comparing 2017 and 2020. Companies apply for inclusion and report their revenues. 

Rocky Mountain West Insurance reported 655 percent growth between 2017 and 2020. The company is one of 163 from Colorado to make the Inc. 5000 for 2021.
