Subaru dealership earns customer service award

The Grand Junction Subaru dealership has earned an award recognizing customer service excellence.

Grand Junction Subaru has received the Subaru Stellar Care Award from Subaru of America.

Developed by Subaru of America in cooperation with its dealerships, the Stellar Care program focuses on delivering excellent experiences and developing long-term relationships with customers.

To win the award, dealerships must devote time and resources to developing and maintaining excellent customer service. Dealerships must participate in customer-focused programs, maintain customer-friendly facilities and achieve high satisfaction scores in sales and service.
