The Western Colorado Human Resource Association (WCHRA) will host a spring conference and employment law update to offer HR professionals, benefits specialists, office managers and business owners relevant and timely information to help them succeed in their roles.

Michael Santo, Jennifer Springer and Alicia Williams from the Grand Junction law firm of Bechtel & Santo will present at the conference, as will Kelly Esselman, a senior associate with Mercer in Denver.
Concurrent and breakout sessions at the conference will offer information on new laws and regulations as well as review the rulings in recent court cases involving employment law.
A Grand Junction-based chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management, the WCHRA offers training and networking opportunities to HR professionals. The organization also serves as a community resource for new and established businesses and organizations.
