Bank employees honored for service on and off the job

American National Bank in Grand Junction has honored two employees for providing exceptional service and volunteering for community causes.

For the first quarter of 2011, Ted Miller was runner up for the Employee of the Quarter Award. Miller was nominated for his congenial attitude, his efforts to address whatever issue requires attention and his teamwork.

Barbara Ciperano received the Community Corps Award for the first quarter. Ciperano served on a March of Dimes March for Babies logistics committee and helped represent the March of Dimes at the Mesa County Health Fair. Moreover, Ciperano volunteers as a tutor at Mesa School District 51 schools.
