Jes Dodson, a broker associate with Bray Real Estate, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation. Christi Reece, another broker associate with the Grand Junction firm, completed a luxury home marketing training course.

Dodson earned the designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, for completing advanced training and demonstrating achievement in residential real estate sales. About 37,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential.

“The worldwide referral networking component and the skills of money management and creative marketing strategies will be hugely beneficial in helping my clients,” Dodson said.

Reece completed a course offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The course covered trends and amenities as well as creating marketing plans for luxury homes.

“I discovered new and creative tools for promoting expensive homes and new resources for finding buyer prospects,” Reece said.
