Doctor and pharmacy services director join Hospice & Palliative Care board
Dr. Gregory Riecks and Larry Clark have joined the board of directors of Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado.
Riecks works with Foresight Family Physicians and serves as medical director at the Mesa Manor Care Center in Grand Junction. He has worked in health care for more than 20 years. He holds a doctor of osteopathic degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his post-graduate education at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.
Clark works as the director of the hospitalist program and pharmacy services at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction. He has worked in hospitals for nearly 30 years. He earned a doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland and a masters of science degree from Central Michigan University. He also has served as a professor at the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy. Before joining St. Mary’s, Clark served as senior director of patient support services at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver.
Founded in 1993 and based in Grand Junction, Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado offers services not only in Mesa County, but also Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties.
