Gateway Canyons resort schedules benefit barbecue and blues event

Tickets are on sale for a benefit barbecue and blues celebration set for Sept. 4 at the Gateway Canyons resort in Gateway.

Tickets for BBQ Blues sell for $20 each and are available at City Market stores. Admission at the gate will be $25. Proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project to help military veterans injured in the line of duty.

The gates will open at 9 a.m. and music will start at 11 a.m. The event will feature barbecue and seven bands. For more information, call (970) 931-2655 or log on to www.gatewaycanyons.com.
