Hotel restaurant to reopen under new operators
A restaurant in a Grand Junction hotel soon will reopen under new operators.
Richard Tally, owner of the Quality Inn, announced that he has leased what previously was the Good Pastures Restaurant in the hotel to Raul and Cathy Wolf. The newly remodeled restaurant is scheduled to reopen Nov. 1 under the name Wolf’s Good Pastures Restaurant.
“Our family decided to refocus our attentions to other business obligations, so we are officially out of the restaurant business as far as Good Pastures is concerned,” Tally said.
The Tally family still owns the Quality Inn and plans no changes in hotel operations. The family also owns and operates the Wine Country Inn in Palisade.
“We want to thank our loyal Good Pastures customers and the many friends we have made over the past 14 years,” Richard Tally said.
“We also want to thank our employees who have worked hard to deliver the quality of food and service our customers deserve. We will miss them. They have been like an extended family.”
Tally said the Wolfs plan to keep many of the popular items on the menu at the restaurant, but also will add their own selections.
“We encorage our patrons and friends to give the new restaurant a try,” Tally said.
