Melanie Heiden and Cynthia Castaneda have been honored as the top-performing agents for May at Weichert Realtors-Heiden Homes Realty in Grand Junction.

Heiden posted the most closed transactions and highest dollar volume for sales during the month, while Castaneda posted the most new listings.

Heiden earned her real estate license in 2013 after working in the food industry and then as an administrative assistant at Heiden Homes. Castaneda has worked as a real estate agent for 10 years in addition to caring for disabled clients.

Weichert Realtors operates offices in 39 states, including four offices in Colorado. Heiden Homes joined Weichert Realtors in 2016 and operates offices at 735 Rood Ave.
