Peggy Cutter, a broker associate with Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation from the Residential Real Estate Council.

To earn the CRS designation, Realtors must complete training, demonstrate their achievement in residential real estate and follow a code of ethics. Just 3 percent of Realtors have earned the designation.
