Alpine Bank will host a seminar in Grand Junction designed to help members of area homeowners associations.

The full-day seminar, dubbed HOA 101, is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 6 at the Courtyard by Mariott, 765 Horizon Drive.

“If you’re an HOA board member, this is a seminar you can’t afford to miss. We will be covering an array of topics, from covering your assets to enforcing covenant compliance. We truly believe knowledge is power,” said Carolee Hawkins, regional marketing director for Alpine Bank.

The presenters will include lawyers Mark Luff and Lloyd Quesenberry as well as Barbara Lucks, founder of Your HOA Team, and Murray Bain of Summit HOA Services.
