Susan Alvillar, Robbie Breaux and Karen Troester will be honored as the 2015 Women of Distinction in a Western Colorado recognition program conducted by the Girl Scouts of Colorado.

Alvilllar, community relatioins manager with WPX Energy; Breaux, a ceramic artist; and Troester, vice president of commercial banking with U.S. Bank, will be honored at a breakfast event set for 7:30 a.m. Oct. 1 at Two Rivers Convention Center in Grand Junction. The program honors women for their professional and personal contributions to the community.
