Debbie Rich has returned to the Grand Valley to work as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Grand Junction.

“I left a part of my heart here, and I’m delighted to be back in the valley,” Rich said.

A former television reporter who also operated a wallpaper store in Grand Junction, Rich moved away 25 years ago. 

She started her real estate career in 1999 and worked in Southern California and Wichita, Kan. In addition to her experience with existing homes, she’s helped buyers build new homes. 

She said she prides herself on her relationship-driven approach and serving as an advocate for her clients.
