
Dr. David Dreitlein has joined MarillacHealth as chief medical officer of the Grand Junction-based organization.
Dreitlein will build and maintain a team of clinical leaders and staff to provide medical and behavioral health care as well as consult on complex cases.
He brings to his new role more than 20 years of experience as an emergency physician, emergency department director and chief of staff. He’s also worked as a physician in Nepal and served in medical leadership roles with the national parks system in the United States. He holds undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Colorado. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Brown University.
