Coldwell Banker rewards Espinoza with 2 new roles

Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties announced Melissa Espinoza has been named employing broker for the state of Colorado and sales manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties.

Espinoza is a lifelong Colorado resident and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2015. Over the past five years as a managing broker, she built a reputation for principled leadership, agent development and driving sustainable growth, Coldwell Banker said in a news release.

Shannon Conklin, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties said Espinoza’s passion for helping other agents stands out.

“She genuinely cares about helping them grow and succeed while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and results,” Conklin said. “Melissa doesn’t just manage, she elevates.”

Espinoza will lead compliance, risk management and production growth, and she will oversee contract education, onboarding and ongoing training across Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties’ offices in Vail, Steamboat Springs, Grand Junction, Montrose and Telluride. As sales manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, she will support recruiting efforts and expand the commercial platform.
