Following the success of two Ice Cream with a Cop events in 2025, the Grand Junction Police Department and Enstrom Candies are partnering again to bring the community together for sweet treats and meaningful conversations. The GJPD invites community members of all ages to attend “Ice Cream with a Cop” on June 3, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Enstrom Candies, 701 Colorado Ave.

The event offers residents an opportunity to meet and interact with GJPD officers in a relaxed and informal setting. Attendees may have the chance to connect with patrol officers, SWAT operators, motor officers, and possibly K9 Loki while enjoying a scoop of ice cream.
