Linda Sparks and the mother-and-daughter team of Leta and Myco Wilburn have joined Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction.
Michael Burkhard, sales manager at Bray Real Estate, attended a week-long series of meetings in Washington, D.C., where more than 9,800 Realtors from across the country discussed homeownership, private property rights and the real estate profession.
Sparks has worked in the real estate industry since 2005. “I believe that owning your home is the first step in managing your finances wisely,” she said. “My clients tell me that they are surprised to find out I have other clients because I’m so accessible to their needs.”
Leta and Myco Wilburn concentrate on residential real estate, new construction and investment properties.
“I’ve been in real estate for the last 33 years, and it’s a gift to be able to share our experience and our love of this Grand Valley lifestyle with new clients,” Leta Wilburn said.
Burkhard attended the meeting in Washington in his role as first vice president of the Council of Residential Specialists.
“I’m proud of the National Association of Realtors and all of the Realtor members that take time from their personal lives and business to serve our homeowners across the country,” he said.
