Scott Proper has joined ANB Bank as community bank president of the Grand Junction branch.
Proper brings to his new duties more than 15 years of experience, most recently as a finance director for a development and homeowners association. He’s also worked in management, as a loan officer and credit portfolio manager.
Proper holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He holds a certificate in not-for-profit accounting from the American Institute of CPAs.
