The Railyard at Rimrock will be built south of the Rimrock Marketplace with leasing scheduled to begin in the summer.

Perry Reid Properties, a multifamily property development and management firm based in Nebraska, will develop the complex in partnership with Anthony Properties based in Texas.

The complex will include seven buildings with 28 units each for a total of 196 units.

The buildings will include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The buildings will include “tuck under” attached and direct access garages as well as patios or balconies.

The apartments will include full-size washers and dryers and other appliances, glass recycled countertops and walk-in closets.

A centrally located clubhouse will offer residents a place to work, entertain and socialize with business and fitness centers as well as a swimming pool, a patio and grilling area and bicycle storage and repair area.

Management and maintenance staff will work onsite.
