Applications available for river outfitter licenses

Applications are now available for 2015 river outfitter licenses.

Under state law, anyone who provides river-running services must first obtain a river outfitter license from Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

According to the Colorado River Outfitters Association, there were more than 450,000 paying river passengers in 2013, creating an economic effect worth a total of more than $145 million.
